 工廠的生產運作並無任何中斷，進料與出貨足以保證持續進行，請放心照常發送訂單，甚至歡迎進一步提供後續用量的預測。若我們上游原物料供應商有任何狀況，我們會立即發布通知；如您對自己的訂單有任何疑問，請隨時與我們聯繫。

valued customers and business partners

the last few days we have received many questions about the current situation and we would like to inform you with this email

The safety and health of our employees, as well as their families, our customers, suppliers and partners has top priority at MERZ Schaltgeräte GMBH + CO KG and the entire PCE group!

Since March 11th, 2020, employees have been highly motivated and very disciplined in their home office wherever it makes sense and is possible.

We can still be reached by phone and email at the usual times. Business trips, training courses, as well as customer and supplier visits are currently canceled until further notice.

Our production runs as of (03/18/2020) without any restrictions, the incoming goods from suppliers as well the goods issue to our customers is guaranteed.

You are still welcome to place orders as usual. 
We will inform you immediately if there are difficulties with suppliers or other circumstances.

We make every effort to implement all guidelines and suggestions of the RKI (Robert Koch Institute) with immediate effect in order to make our contribution to achieving a healthy and orderly everyday life as quickly as possible.
